Baby Spinach Fruit Salad with Raspberry Delight Dressing - 4 servings - 6 cups of baby spinach
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 cup of mandarin oranges (or whatever fruit you'd prefer)
- Crumbled goat cheese
- Walnuts (optional)
- Raspberry Delight vinaigrette dressing (6 TBLS)
